Project Description

JCI.my (new transformation from jcimalaysia.cc) introduced by 2016 JCI Malaysia National President (NP) Dato’ Terry Ong.

The expectation is more than a view-able website, but it’s a complete functional portal which allow members/officers to fully utilize the technology to showcase their upcoming/future projects and also to record down the history of their impacts/movements.

2nd November, 2015, JCI.my Blueprint was developed by NITCC (National Information Technology Commission Chairperson) 2016 – Jay Chong with the ultimate goal of approaching “JCI Malaysia Knowledge Management System”; it’s beyond ordinary portal.

Key results shall includes:

  • Community-based project impacts submission (upload by members, decide popularity and sorting by public)
  • Community-based event & ticketing management system
  • Knowledge based (with community-based Q&A, ticketing supporting system and wiki-articles)
  • Library of documentation integration with Google Drive (Upload at back-end Google drive, usable at front-end)
  • E-Commerce & Shopping Cart for JCI (Malaysia) merchandise
  • Campaign & Donation-based programs
  • Membership Directory & Business Search Directory (SEO friendly, all members are searchable via search engine)
  • Members’ Profile with JCI Career & Achievements (History & Record)
  • Local Organization Profile Mapping (Google Map)
  • Secretariat and individual appointment/booking system
  • Officer File Management (Submission & Checking)
  • Auto-Crawling JCI Relevant News (especially from social media)
  • Visitor Analysis (Heat map and demographic tracking)
  • Project Planning & Execution (long-terms – 3 years)
